About the event
Friday July 17th at 7:00PM, we will show the movie "Project Hail Mary". In the 2021 novel by Andy Weir, a science teacher wakes up on a spaceship with no memory and is tasked with saving Earth from a dying sun. The 2026 movie is directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.
After the showing, we will have approximately 45 minutes for a moderated discussion about the similarities and differences of the book and movie.
