About the event
Friday June 12th at 7:00PM, we will show the movie "Contact". The 1985 novel by Carl Sagan is about a radio astronomer who detects a message from extraterrestrial intelligence, The 1997 film was directed by Robert Zemeckis.
After the showing, we will have approximately 45 minutes for a moderated discussion about the similarities and differences of the book and movie.
